We'll make it right. Every item is made to order by our global partners. If something arrives misprinted, damaged, or not what you ordered — we'll replace it or refund you. Quickly.
Because we fulfil fast, orders can be sent to production shortly after they're placed. To cancel or change an order, email contact@geektshirtsco.com immediately. Once an order has been sent to production we cannot cancel, change, or refund it — unless there is a printing fault, damage, or fulfilment error.
Email contact@geektshirtsco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll sort it out.
Because items are made to order, we don't offer size or colour exchanges. If an item is mislabeled — wrong size or colour received — tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll fix it.
- Change of mind or sizing choice — please check our Size Chart before ordering.
- Packages marked "Delivered" or shipments delayed or lost by the carrier — we'll help you investigate and advise next steps, but we don't automatically resend.
- Orders with an incorrect or incomplete address.
