Returns & Replacements
We don’t offer returns or refunds—but if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll help make it right.
Policy overview
We make every shirt to order, so we don’t accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or delivery problems outside our control. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged due to our error, we’ll replace it at no cost.
What we replace (free)
- Production errors — misprint, crooked print, severe print defects.
- Wrong item or size sent — the item you received doesn’t match your order.
- Damaged on arrival — clear transit damage to the product.
Email contact@geek-t-shirts.com within 30 days of your order date with your order number and clear photos. If confirmed, we’ll send a free replacement. (If an exact replacement is unavailable, we’ll offer a comparable alternative or a refund.)
What isn’t eligible
- Lost/missing packages when the address was correct — we do not offer free reprints. If you contact us within 30 days, we’ll investigate and advise next steps (carrier claim, local checks, etc.), but we won’t automatically resend.
- Delivered but not received — if the carrier marks the order Delivered, we consider the order fulfilled and can’t offer a refund or replacement.
- Wrong/insufficient address — orders that return or go missing due to an incorrect or incomplete address aren’t eligible for a free reshipment.
- Buyer’s remorse / sizing issues — please use our Size Chart before ordering.
- Normal wear & wash — follow care: wash cold, inside-out; tumble low or hang dry; don’t iron directly on the print.
How to get help
- Email contact@geek-t-shirts.com with your order number (e.g., #GTS00001).
- Include clear photos for any production error, damage, or wrong item.
- Contact us within 30 days of your order date so we can assist.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
We don’t offer size or color exchanges at this time. Please check our Size Chart before ordering.
If you receive a mislabeled item (wrong size/color vs. your order), contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@geek-t-shirts.com with your order number and photos. We’ll send a corrected replacement. If the exact item is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative or a refund.
