We do not currently offer returns or refunds. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at contact@geek-t-shirts.com — we’re here to help.
Reorders are available only for items that arrive incorrect or damaged. If this applies to you, email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
How to get help
- Email contact@geek-t-shirts.com with your order number (e.g., #GTS00001).
- Include clear photos if your item is incorrect or damaged.
- Contact us within 30 days of your order date so we can assist.
Please note
- We do not issue reorders or refunds for failed delivery attempts.
- If your order is marked Delivered by the carrier but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier to file a claim. In such cases we consider the order fulfilled and cannot offer a refund or replacement.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- To be eligible for support, contact us within 30 days of your order date. We’re unable to assist after this period.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer size or color exchanges at this time. Please check our Size Chart before ordering.
If you receive a mislabeled item (e.g., wrong size or color), contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@geek-t-shirts.com with your order number and photos. We’ll send a corrected replacement or issue a refund.
