Processing Times
Orders are made to order and typically ship within 1–4 business days. Times are estimates and may run a little longer during peak seasons. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Restrictions
We ship to most countries worldwide. We currently cannot ship to North Korea, Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine. Restrictions may change based on carrier or regulatory updates.

For most orders, items are produced and shipped within your country or region, so customs fees typically don't apply. In some cases items may ship internationally — any customs fees, import taxes, or related charges are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with your local post office, mailroom, or neighbours first. If it's still missing, contact us at contact@geektshirtsco.com with your order number. Claims must be reported within 30 days of your order date.
