Shipping policy
Every order is made to order and routed to the print partner best placed to deliver it. T-shirts are produced as close to you as possible, usually within your own country or region. Sweatshirts are currently printed and shipped from the USA.
Free Shipping
Free shipping on 3+ shirts, or on 2 sweatshirts. The exact order threshold for your region is shown at checkout.
Processing Times
Orders are made to order and typically ship within 1 to 4 business days. Times are estimates and may run a little longer during peak seasons. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Estimates
Transit times below start after your item is produced and handed to the carrier.
T-shirts
- United States: 3 to 6 business days
- Canada: 2 to 5 business days
- United Kingdom: 2 to 4 business days
- European Union: 3 to 10 business days
- Australia: 4 to 8 business days
- New Zealand: 6 to 12 business days
- Asia-Pacific (Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan etc.): 7 to 14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10 to 30 business days
Sweatshirts (printed in the USA)
- United States: 3 to 6 business days
- Canada and Australia: 5 to 12 business days
- Rest of the World: 7 to 21 business days
Sweatshirts are not yet available for delivery to the United Kingdom or the European Union.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to most countries worldwide. We currently cannot ship to North Korea, Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine. Restrictions may change based on carrier or regulatory updates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order at geek-t-shirts.com/pages/track-your-order.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may arrive in separate packages so items reach you as quickly as possible. An order with both T-shirts and sweatshirts will usually arrive in two packages.
Customs Fees & Import Taxes
Most T-shirt orders are produced and shipped within your country or region, so customs fees typically don't apply. Sweatshirts ship from the USA, so orders delivered outside the USA may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. Any customs fees, import taxes, or related charges are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with your local post office, mailroom, or neighbours first. If it's still missing, contact us at contact@geektshirtsco.com with your order number. Claims must be reported within 30 days of your order date.
