Shipping Policy

Domestic (USA) Orders
We strive to process USA orders within 2-3 business days, though times may vary based on order volume. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3-5 business days via USPS. Please be aware that delivery times may extend during peak holiday seasons.

International Orders
International orders ship from our USA production center with tracking. On average, delivery takes up to 2 weeks, though this can vary by destination. Please note: Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and handling any customs fees at their local post office to release the package.

Haven't Received Your Order?
If your address is correct and the package hasn’t been left at the post office or with a neighbor, please email us with your order number. For address errors, we’ll send a replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of your order date, as we cannot support lost packages beyond this period.

Received Part of Your Order?
