All of our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand) and we ship to all countries worldwide apart from Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea. We use fulfilment centres in 5 locations worldwide. They are located in Los Angeles, USA – Charlotte, USA – Riga, Latvia – Tijuana, Mexico – Barcelona, Spain & Toronto, Canada as well as our partner facilities in Brisbane, Australia – Victoria, Australia & Amakusa, Japan. So wherever your shipping address is on your orders, we will use the nearest fulfilment centre to ensure the fastest shipping possible.
In the rare case that there is a problem with your order such as a faulty or incorrect graphic print to what you ordered, or if there is a problem with the garment itself such as damage in transit, then you may be eligible for a return. In such cases, you must contact us immediately by email to support@geek-t-shirts.com. We will then advise you on what to do to process your return case. In such cases, you must pay for the return shipping fees and any customs fees that are applied. We will also not be able to return our original shipping costs of the order if your return claim is successful. The above is the only case scenario where a return case can be made.
