Mugs are printed in the USA for US orders, in the UK for UK orders and in Europe for EU orders, and always ship free.
Tracking & Customs
- You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also use our tracking page.
- No customs fees when your order ships from a facility in your country or customs region.
- Sweatshirts and hoodies for countries outside the USA, UK and Europe ship from the USA.
- For cross-border deliveries, local customs, import taxes, or duties may apply and are the recipient's responsibility.
- Carriers may require additional info (e.g., tax ID) in some countries to complete delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to most countries worldwide. We currently cannot ship to the following destinations:
- North Korea
- Russia
- Belarus
- Ukraine
Restrictions may change based on carrier or regulatory updates.
Delivery Issues
- Production error (our fault): misprint, wrong item/size, or damage on arrival: we'll provide a free replacement. Email contact@geek-t-shirts.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo.
- Lost or missing package (correct address): we don't offer automatic free reprints, but if you contact us within 30 days of your order date we'll investigate and advise next steps.
- Wrong or insufficient address provided: deliveries that return or go missing due to an incorrect address aren't eligible for free reshipment.
- First checks: look around porches and mailrooms, ask neighbours, and contact the carrier with your tracking number.
Good to Know
- During peak seasons or severe weather, carriers may experience delays.
- Multi-item orders may ship separately so the fastest items reach you sooner. Tees with a sweatshirt or hoodie usually arrive in two packages.
- If an item is temporarily unavailable nearby, it may be produced by another partner, which can add a few days to delivery.
