- For cross-border deliveries (including Rest of the world), local customs, import taxes, or duties may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility.
- Carriers may require additional info (e.g., tax ID) in some countries to complete delivery.
Address tips
- Enter a complete & accurate address (apartment/suite, company name, correct postcode).
- Use a location where parcels can be received safely. If available, consider a work address or attended mailbox.
- We start production quickly; if you need a change, contact us ASAP with your order #.
Delivery issues?
- Production error (our fault) — misprint, wrong item/size, or damage on arrival: we’ll provide a free replacement. Email contact@geek-t-shirts.com within 30 days with your order # and a photo.
- Lost/missing package & the address was correct — we don’t offer free reprints. If you contact us within 30 days, we’ll investigate and advise next steps (carrier claim, local checks, etc.), but we won’t automatically resend.
- Wrong/insufficient address provided — deliveries that return or go missing due to an incorrect address aren’t eligible for a free reshipment.
- First checks: look around porches/mailrooms, ask neighbours/household, and contact the carrier with your tracking #.

- During peak seasons or severe weather, carriers may experience delays.
- Multi-item orders may ship separately so the fastest items reach you sooner.
