We ship to most countries worldwide. We currently cannot ship to the following destinations:

Tracking & Customs
- You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also use our tracking page.
- No customs fees when your order ships from a facility in your country or customs region.
- For cross-border deliveries, local customs, import taxes, or duties may apply and are the recipient's responsibility.
- Carriers may require additional info (e.g., tax ID) in some countries to complete delivery.
Address Tips
- Enter a complete and accurate address — apartment/suite number, company name, correct postcode.
- Use a location where parcels can be received safely. A work address or attended mailbox works well.
- We start production quickly — if you need a change, contact us ASAP with your order number.
Delivery Issues
- Production error (our fault) — misprint, wrong item/size, or damage on arrival: we'll provide a free replacement. Email contact@geektshirtsco.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo.
- Lost or missing package (correct address) — we don't offer automatic free reprints, but if you contact us within 30 days we'll investigate and advise next steps.
- Wrong or insufficient address provided — deliveries that return or go missing due to an incorrect address aren't eligible for free reshipment.
- First checks: look around porches and mailrooms, ask neighbours, and contact the carrier with your tracking number.
Good to Know
- During peak seasons or severe weather, carriers may experience delays.
- Multi-item orders may ship separately so the fastest items reach you sooner.
